Traveling for business is unlike any other type of trip. Although it’s similar to pleasure trips in the sense that there is a purpose for the trip, budget is important and planning is essential, there also has to be some type of result from the business trip that leads to new business, enhanced brand recognition, or additional sales.
The return on investment in the business trip has to be there for more of this kind of travel in the future, so there is some pressure due to the expectations connected.
