Sports production and content development company MSG Networks revealed “Wellness Week,” a weeklong event beginning Monday (Jan. 21) that will promote healthy living across the company’s digital and social media channels (including its own livestreaming and video on demand platform, MSG Go).
During Wellness Week, the company’s on-air talent for the National Basketball Association‘s New York Knicks and the National Hockey League‘s New York Rangers, New York Islanders and New Jersey Devils will share workout routines, sleeping techniques, dieting tips and more with viewers.
