The agency will begin its role on May 1, following a closed-door pitch. With this strategic move, Samsung consolidates its social media, media, and CRM operations in Singapore under the umbrella of Publicis Groupe. This brings Publicis Chemistry to join Publicis Media and Digitas Singapore, which are already managing these aspects.
The consolidation aims to establish an integrated marketing ecosystem to deepen consumer connections and fortify brand loyalty. Publicis Chemistry’s new responsibilities will include orchestrating content strategy, crafting creative work, and managing online communities across Samsung’s social media platforms.
