Travel app downloads jumped 14% to 143 million in H1 2021 compared to the previous year as a growing number of consumers are getting vaccinated and return to travel.
That’s according to new data released by Sensor Tower which shows that travel apps were seriously impacted by pandemic lockdowns but recovered during summer 2021.
Booking.com reached almost 3 million in downloads in Europe during the sunny season this year.
