YouTube Ranked the Top 6-Second Ads on Its Platform

YouTube released an Ads Leaderboard ranking the top six-second advertisements on its platform.

The top ads from July 2017 through July 2018 were determined by a creative rating survey done by market research company Ipsos, along with an algorithm that factored in views and engagement.

YouTube said many of the ads on this year’s list were created specifically for the six-second format, unlike last year’s list, which had many longer ads that were shortened to six seconds.
